Check-in is from 10 am - 12 pm on Friday, August 22. Lunch will be served at noon. There will be an orientation at 1 pm and classes will begin at 2 pm. It is important to plan your arrival time to allow for checking in, unpacking, socializing, and getting settled before orientation at 1 pm.

Lunch will be served at noon on Sunday with camp cleanup and packing up immediately after lunch.

Adults who are not parents of campers under age 11 are not encouraged to attend unless they are part of the camp volunteer staff. This allows more children and junior youth to attend camp. Adults are welcome to join us for farewell activities. If adults are interested in serving at camp, they are encouraged to contact a member of the committee.

Costs: 

• $75/person (Ages 2 and up) for the weekend (for either a one- or two-night stay)

• $30/person per day for full-day visits (includes up to 3 meals)

• $10/person - one meal for a day visitor (no classes)

• Under age 2 is free

• Payments through PayPal via the registration page are accepted

Cancellation Policy:

• Full refund (minus admin fee) by July 15; last day to cancel for 50% refund is 8/1

Scholarships are available

• Please contact a member of the Camp Planning Committee if you or someone you know needs a full or partial scholarship; and please be assured that the funds will always be there to enable those who want to attend, no matter what their circumstances.
